Join Our Patient Participation Group and have your say!

We want to make our GP practice the best it can be, and we know the best way to do that is by listening to you. That’s why we’re inviting patients to have their say by joining our new Patient Participation Group (PPG)!

The PPG is a group of patients who care about making a difference. By sharing your ideas and experiences, you can help us improve the way we do things and make sure the practice works well for everyone. Whether you’ve got thoughts on appointments, communication, access to services, or just want to speak up for others, the PPG is your chance to be a voice for change.

You don’t need any special skills, just a passion for helping the practice be the best it can be for all patients. Whether you’ve been with us a long time or are new to the practice, we’d love to hear from you.

As a member of the PPG, you’ll work with the practice team to share feedback, raise any concerns, and help us understand what matters most to our patients. Your voice will help shape decisions that affect the whole community.

We’ll meet around four times a year, but you might also be asked to take part in short surveys.
